We take great care, from production to shipment, to help ensure your order arrives safe and sound. If there are any problems with your shipment, please contact us for a quick resolution.

Delivery Options
Orders placed will be promptly filled within 1-3 business days, depending on the time of year.

There are many peak times, when we become extra busy, but do strive to get your order processed as soon as possible.

Standard (Ground) deliveries take 1-9 business days to arrive. 

Warm Weather Shipping Policy

During the summer months, and any other unseasonal time, your order may take additional time to ship.  We continually monitor the weather to help ensure your items are safe in transit.

May 1 — September 30
Orders ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (we don't ship on Thursday and Friday because your candy would sit on a truck over the weekend and potentially become damaged).

Shipping outside of the United States
Shipping is limited to the 50 United States. 

Restrictions

• So as not to delay your shipment, be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers, when necessary, to ensure prompt delivery.

• Due to the perishable nature of our candies, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.
